Adds a device-local preflight mission-planning tab. Mission choices are excluded from CrewCalc sync and backups.
Privacy & Security
  • CrewCalc stores your username plus encrypted blobs for settings, pay ledger, annual records, military pay records, bidding state, retirement facts, OOOI records, trip data, and accrual records. Your GEMS number and seniority preferences are saved inside your encrypted settings.
  • Your password is not stored. It derives keys in your browser. The server stores an authentication verifier and encrypted data it cannot decrypt.
  • Admins can see usernames, blob names, blob sizes, and modified times. Admins can delete or download encrypted blobs, but cannot read your pay data without your password.
  • Uploaded paystub PDFs are processed transiently for OCR/parsing. Raw bid-pack PDFs stay local unless a future attachment workflow is added; the encrypted bidding blob is the compact parsed state.
  • Seniority data is provided by CrewCalc as a shared reference dataset. Raw GEMS numbers are not published in that dataset.

Link your GEMS number to this account to sign in with it instead of your username. Accounts created before GEMS verification can claim theirs here; newer accounts are already linked. Your GEMS is verified against the seniority list and stored only as a hash.

Use this if the predictor looks stale. CrewCalc will rebuild pay, tax, and deduction settings from the latest regular paycheck in your ledger. Uploading a new normal paystub is still the best source because it includes the full deduction detail.
